Gene was extremely patient while I was making up my mind and provided all the relevant information. He communicated the likely time frame for delivery--the table was ordered from Italy. I got the table on schedule. Delivery was smooth and delivery people very polite and respectful of my time--no easy task with furniture delivery service. I don't live in Chicago and never visited the store--all the communication was over e-mail and phone. Transaction went smoothly and I am very happy with my purchase.
